We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Owner OS subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Owner OS purchases. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email used at checkout, or contact our support team at support@decisionos.live and we will help facilitate the request with Paddle.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are also eligible for a refund within 30 days of the renewal charge, under the same process described above. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net.

Owner OS is operated by TM Hyman & Associates, LLC ("we", "us"). Paddle.com Market Limited handles checkout, billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds as our reseller and Merchant of Record.
